You are cordially invited to join us at a fundraising gala on Friday 11/4/11.  This fundraising dinner is a great opportunity for you to learn about CHPAA and support its worthy cause, meet distinguished guests, enjoy exciting entertainment and lively presentations, and network among health professionals from your community.  All proceeds will be used to support the upcoming medical-dental mission.

Price: $50 per seat or $500 per table
